Kerrie Ritchey is the MISSION Coordinator here at St. John Neumann. She and her family have been parishioners here for 6 years and Kerrie has been the MISSION Coordinator for the last 5 years. In addition to working here at St. John Neumann, Kerrie is a Catholic School teacher with a Masters Degree in Education.
One of the reasons Kerrie loves working at St. John Neumann is that she is able to share her love of the Catholic faith with many families here in our parish, whether it is through the volunteer activities of others who make the MISSION possible or it is with the family members of MISSION students. One of Kerrie’s favorite things about the MISSION is that it has become a family ministry within her own family, involving Kerrie’s husband Doug and their three children, Maria, Jacob and Elena. It is an opportunity for all of them to grow in their faith together and to share it with others. As a result, many others have also joined with their children and spouses to volunteer at the MISSION. Over the years, the high schoolers keep coming back to be small group leaders, and they even bring their parents back with them to help out. It is such a beautiful thing to see God at work here at St. John Neumann.
