After Mass Announcement Guidelines

Announcement Deadlines All announcements should be submitted to the Parish Secretary by Noon on Wednesdays.
Announcement Content & Length Announcements should be extremely short and concise. All announcements should be written; however verbal announcements will be accepted. E-mail is the best way to submit your announcements. All announcements are subject to editing for length & content.
Number of Announcements Attached to these guidelines is the Approved Lector's Work Sheet. The bottom portion is for after-mass announcements. The font size will be 14 size font, and margins are .5 inch. This allows for 4 additional bulleted announcements.
**After-Mass announcements should be utilized more as an emergency, a last chance to get the word out, or last minute reminder for the upcoming week.
