Parish School of Religion (PSR)

Let us know your child will be participating in PSR, Mission or Chosen – ages 4 through Confirmation.  Sign up here.

During the 2019/2020 school year St. John Neumann Parish PSR will take place on Sundays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from mid-September to early May.  The PSR, Mission and Chosen class and event calendar will be posted here soon.

  • Preschool (age four by Sept. 30th), Kindergarten and 1st Grade classes will meet in the lower Faith & Family Center during the 9:00 a.m. Mass on Sunday Morning.
  • Grades 2-5 will meet in the Faith & Family Center from 6:45-8:00 P.M. on Tuesday evenings.  The Grade School text books for Grades 1-5 used by the parish this year will be the Becoming Disciples Edition by RCL publishers.
  • Grades 6 & 7 will meet in the Faith & Family Center from 6:30 P.M. – 8:15 P.M. on Wednesday nights. Grades 6 & 7 is called the Mission, using a combination of Encounter from Lifeteen Ministries, and Decision Point from Dynamic.
  • Grade 8 will meet Sundays in the Faith & Family Center after the 5:00 PM Mass until 8:30.  They will use Chosen program by Chris Stefanick.

All adults working with children or youth at St. John Neumann must participate in the Protecting God’s Children program, must complete a BCI background check, and must complete a volunteer application, including acknowledgement of the code of conduct.  More information is available to parents on the Protecting God’s Children page and Volunteer page of our website.
