Gathering Space Guidelines

1. TABLES
   One (1) SCRIP Table, is basically a staple every weekend, located on the right side of the doors as you exit the church.
   
   One (1) Table on the left side of the doors as you exit to keep the room balanced. This table should be used for selling or sign-ups, with selling taking priority. Sign-ups can be posted on the bulletin board in the information lobby, and those can remain unlimited, within the areas of the board, i.e., under Youth, Woman's Club, Men's Club, RCIC, Clusters, etc. The space is limited as well, so consideration should be given as sheets are posted on the board (don't cover up someone else's sign-up sheet or remove it to make space for yours).
   **Weather permitting a group could choose to have the table located outside, but the maximum tables will remain at two (2).
2. Special Collections
   St. Vincent DePaul has their "special collection" on the first weekend of each month. They stand with their collection baskets. A maximum of two (2) groups are allowed for "solicititing" monetary offerings.
3. Additional Flyers or "Handing-out" of Information Outside the Bulletin:
   Every effort should be made by the committee to schedule and submit flyers or "bulletin inserts" to the Bulletin Editor by the appropriate deadline. However, if a bulletin insert is not possible, then information may be handed out in the gathering space. There should be no more than two (2) groups handing out information, one of these being the Greeters handing out the Parish Bulletin. Flyers must be approved by the Bulletin Editor.

***NOTE: Out of respect for the Eucharistic Celebration we ask that no business begin until after the Final Blessing.
