A Divine Mercy Cenacle is a small lay faith community of prayer, learning and fellowship which promotes a way of life dedicated to a deeper trust in God, a greater desire to forgive and to be merciful to others and to appreciate the gift and beauty of all human life.
Each meeting consists of prayer of praise and gratitude, a short study of Sacred Scripture or St. Faustina's writing, prayer of petition and the Divine Mercy Chaplet. A Divine Mercy Cenacle has devotion for the chaplet and the image, but is more than that; it is a way of life in which trust in God and love for each other is paramount. Through growing faith and trust, the group naturally responds in the practice of the corporal and spiritual works of mercy.
A person who is physically unable to attend the Cenacle meetings regularly may become a member of the cenacle who consciously and voluntarily offers up prayers and physical suffering on behalf of the mission of the Eucharistic Apostles of The Divine Mercy. Additionally, the Cenacle will include this person and their intentions in their meeting prayer format.
Meeting days and times are on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 2:00pm in the Neumann Room
