The EDGE is the middle school religious education program for students in grades 6 through 8. Students meet every Wednesday evening in the Faith and Family Center from 6:30pm-8:15pm. A team of faith-filled adults serve as small group leaders and catechists to help students explore the traditions of the Catholic faith. Skits, games, and small group time create a fun and exciting atmosphere where young people learn and grow in their faith while also serving the community. Parents can register their children with Bob Steinbauer. If you are interested in being a catechist/teacher, contact Kerrie Ritchey.
Middle School Fun Nights are held once a month, usually the first Saturday of the month from 5:00pm to 7:30pm, (Any change will be announced in the parish bulletin.) All 6th, 7th and 8th graders are invited to come for fun and games, skits and food, fun with CORE and SALT and a short talk about the Catholic faith. Taks are usually linked to what is being discussed at EDGE for the month. Bring $5 for pizza, friends and your middle schooler is good to go.
