Are you planning to schedule an event at St. John Neumann?

Please follow these steps to schedule your event:

  1. Review the Activity Planning Guide for detailed information and the names of staff contacts.
  2. Complete the Calendar Request Form; this is a fillable PDF, so please open it Adobe Acrobat, save the form to your computer,  and enter information into each of the fields so that the form can be saved and emailed to Libby, or printed and given to Libby.
  3. If your event requires audiovisual equipment, you must complete the AV Form and submit it to Bob Buzenski 2 weeks prior to your event.
  4. If you need reimbursement for approved expenses, please download and print the Check Request Form and submit it, with receipts attached, to Jennifer Glassmire.
  5. Our fiscal year runs from July 1 of the current year to June 30 of the following year.  Please send all requests for the upcoming year to Libby prior to May 6.  The staff meets each year in June to schedule all events for the upcoming fiscal year.

If it is not possible for you to meet the May 6 deadline, please plan to submit your request to Libby at least 2 weeks prior to your event.
