We are in need of sacristans for the 11:00 Mass on Sunday for the months of December and January. This involves setting up for the Mass and cleaning the vessels after Mass. Please contact Deacon Carl and Gloria Calcara at email@example.com or 740-965-1132 if you are interested.
New Music for Mass
Beginning in Advent, the Choir will be teaching us new music for Mass. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to practice the new music.
Children's Christmas Party
The annual Children's Christmas Party will be held on Saturday, December 13th, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. in the Faith and Family Center. The Men's Club will be serving breakfast and Santa will be joining us! We will also be celebrating the feast day of St. Lucy with many crafts and activities. We hope that you can come join in the fun and fellowship! Please sign-up here so that we can know how many people to plan for.
To help get into the Christmas spirit, we are asking each child to donate cereal, peanut butter, jelly or a 4 pack of AA batteries for those in need. The items will be donated to the Big Walnut Friends Who Share.
Children's Christmas Pageant
Please join our children as they tell the story of how Jesus came into the world, Sunday, December 14th at 7:30 p.m. in the Church sanctuary. The children will perform the musical, "Jesus, Light of the World" by Mark Patterson. All are invited to share in this retelling of the Christmas story which will last about 40 minutes. Hope to see you there!
Grieving with Great Hope is a weekend grief support workshop for those who have lost a loved one. The workshop will be held Friday December 5, 7:00-8:30 pm and Saturday December 6, 9-3:30 pm. For more information and to register, see here.
SCRIP Gift Card Program
The SCRIP Gift Card Program is an easy way to make a donation to the church while doing your regular shopping. The parish benefits by receiving 4-12% from the regular priced gift cards you purchase. The funds are distributed for special requests. Please stop by our cloister walkway table after Mass to purchase gift cards to retailers, restaurants and gas cards. We even have some specials just for Christmas. We accept checks or cash. You can preorder or pay and take! If you have questions feel free to email Dianne at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Sunday December 21st bulletin – submissions due by noon on December 15th
Sunday December 28th bulletin - submissions due by noon on December 15th
Sunday January 4th bulletin– submissions due by noon on December 22nd.
